Ok. We explained a bunch above in the laughing and mind-racing questions…but let’s go a little deeper and REMAIN CALM. Or like those silly memes say, “Keep Calm & Canna On.” It’s at this point that we like to remind everyone that there have been ZERO reported cannabis overdose deaths EVER! So there’s nothing to fear there. However, no one likes to feel awkward, especially in public. So here are some of the classic ways to calm down…1. Drink some water, stay hydrated, and have a small snack. 2. Switch up your environment. Turn down the music. Lie down under a comfy blanket. Or go for a walk in nature with a friend. 3. Focus on your breathing. Take long, slow breaths and find your own calming rhythm. 4. Try some tricks of the trade. We have heard that squeezing fresh lemon into the air or chewing on a peppercorn can help release some positive terpenes that will help ease your mind. 5. Lastly, if all else fails, please consult a medical professional. Physicians and nurses have your best interests in mind and if you or someone you know is ever feeling out of control, there is no shame in asking for help!
